Scheduled maintenance affecting My Birkbeck Profile and timetables

Due to scheduled maintenance of the Birkbeck Student Information System, you will not be able to access your My Birkbeck Profile including your personal timetable.

  • Start of work - 2am on Monday 19 December
  • Completion of work - 9am on Tuesday 20 December

If you have any classes or exams during this period you are advised to keep a hardcopy of the appropriate timetable for reference. General timetables for classes will still be available.

Please note that you will not be able to reset your password, nor will the ITS helpdesk be able to reset passwords, during this period.
