New ITS Helpdesk now open
The ITS Helpdesk has now relocated from the 1st floor (Room 151) to its new location on the ground floor of the main Birkbeck building.
The ITS Helpdesk offers help with computing or IT problems, drop-in training, access to colour printing and scanning, and storage devices that you can buy.
The ITS Helpdesk phone number remains the same 020 7631 6543.
