At a time of major change, these plans enable the College to maintain its traditional mission.  We intend to continue balancing the highest quality, research intensive, university education with our powerful ongoing commitment to accessibility and social mobility, while remaining financially solvent.

I am most grateful to staff in our five schools who have taken the lead in allocating courses to the new fee levels and I encourage all staff who play any role in student recruitment to familiarise themselves with our 2012 undergraduate fees and financial support.  There is already a programme of briefings on fees and funding for 2012 with each of our schools and details of further briefings for all college staff will be circulated shortly.
