Birkbeck College Research School Generic Skills Workshop Stage 2

This is a one-off evening event intended for those who are half way through their PhD programme, but all are welcome.  The session is broken into various topics and offers pragmatic advice on how to consolidate and publish research. Refreshments are included. The following topics are covered:

• Networking and Forging Academic Contacts
• Posters and Poster Presentations
• Break for refreshments
• IPR and Ownership of Research
• A Guide to Writing Research Papers
