Travel information for students in Stratford
Birkbeck's Stratford classes are held at the Stratford campus of the University of East London (UEL).
Public transport
The UEL Stratford campus is an easy 10-minute walk from Stratford station which has excellent transport links, including DLR, Tube, and national rail. There are also regular bus services running from the nearby Stratford bus station towards the campus.
Parking at UEL
Birkbeck students can park in the UEL Stratford campus car park off Cedars Road on weekday evenings from 5pm to 9pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 6pm during term time. To be able to park there you must display an off-peak parking permit.
Please note that in 2011-12 motorcycle users are now required to register their vehicle to park on campus.
