Visa advice sessions for current students

Registry Services organises student visa drop-in sessions and workshops for international students studying at Birkbeck.

For general visa advice or for urgent visa issues, please contact the International Student Administration team on isa@bbk.ac.uk.

Visa Drop-in Sessions

During drop-in sessions you are able to see an advisor without a prior appointment and will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Drop-in sessions may be restricted to 20 minutes and we may not be able to see anyone who arrives 20 minutes before the end of drop-in sessions.

  • Tuesday: 2.15pm - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 1.15pm - 5pm

An advisor will be available at the Talkroom 2 in the My Birkbeck Student Centre.

If you are unable to come to the drop-in sessions, you can email us your enquiry.

Please be advised that the Visa Drop-in session on Tuesday, 28 May 2013 has been cancelled due to staff shortage.
