Procrastination, Perfectionism and Prioritisation

Procrastination and perfectionism are two of the archenemies of effective and efficient study. Prioritisation is one of the best friends of a successful student. This workshop will help you to reflect on the causes of your procrastination and perfectionism, and provide help in managing them. The other focus of this workshop is to identify the importance of prioritisation for your academic studies (and other areas of your life), and to provide a basic framework to help you develop your prioritisation skills.
