AHRC Block Grant Partnership Awards

The College’s application process for AHRC Block Grant Partnership awards for 2012/13 is now open.

Eligible subject areas

The College has the following doctoral awards, normally consisting of fees and maintenance at the normal research council rate for three years (full-time) or five years (part-time), to offer for 2012/13:

  • Dance, Drama and Performing Arts - 1 Doctoral (PhD) Award
  • English Language and Literature – 6 Doctoral (PhD) Awards
  • Film Studies & TV Studies - 1 Doctoral (PhD) Award
  • History – 2 Doctoral (PhD) Awards
  • History of Art, Architecture & Design - 1 Doctoral (PhD) Award
  • Iberian and Latin American Language & Culture – 1 Doctoral (PhD) Award
  • Law - 1 Doctoral (PhD) Award
  • Philosophy – 2 Doctoral (PhD) Awards

 

  • Please note the above information regarding subject areas and number of awards may change once confirmation of the awards is received from the AHRC

 

  • Please note that the AHRC Awards are available to Home and EU students, but unfortunately they are not available for international students. International students requiring information on funding please refer to your department.
