Eligibility criteria
To be eligible you must:
- be enrolled on either a Postgraduate degree (i.e. MA, MSc, MPhil, PhD), Postgraduate Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate
- be a 'Home' student (check our residence requirements)
- normally, meet the following income criteria:
Either be in receipt of one of the following (means tested) benefits:
- Council Tax Benefit
- Housing Benefit / Local Housing Allowance
- Income-Based Employment & Support Allowance
- Income-Based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income Support
- New Deal
Or your gross annual income for the 2010-2011 financial year (i.e. your income before deductions) should be:
