Our courses are concerned with the complex and changing relationships between business corporations, their various stakeholders and the societies within which they operate. They are fully international in scope, covering European, American and Asian systems of corporate governance and adopting a cross-cultural perspective on contemporary issues of business ethics and society.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics is designed to introduce students to issues of corporate governance and business ethics. It will provide students with a thorough introduction to theoretical issues in corporate governance and business ethics and is of relevance for practitioners in management and in corporate governance in the private, public and third sectors; executive and non-executive board members; and those interested in issues of corporate governance and ethics from the perspective of Management, Politics and the Environment.
