• September 2002-July 2004: Member of College Working Party on Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 (became Working Party on Equality and Diversity, 10.04)
• 2006-7: Chair of College Working party on Disability in Employment (now Working Party on Disability Equality Scheme)- this working party was merged into the College Disability Committee.
