Aikaterini C. Valvi BSc, MSc, PhD(c) is with the Department of Management, Birkbeck, University of London, UK. She completed her studies in Business Administration at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Greece and received her Masters Degree in Management from Birkbeck, University of London, UK. Currently she is a teaching assistant at the same department. Her research interests include advertising and marketing theory, customer behaviour in electronic and mobile commerce settings, public administration, citizen satisfaction, entrepreneurship, management and Internet addiction. She has published certain of her results in international journals (e.g. Electronic Commerce Research) and conferences (e.g. 17th IBIMA, QMEAS 2009).
