Supporting the Strategic Review
A key focus for the team is supporting the Strategic Review and advising about the cultural and people elements of change. The current priorities for the Learning and Organisational Development Team are:
- Supporting managers with handling and communicating change, including workshops and one-to-one guidance and coaching. To find out about our scheduled December and January workshops please click here.
- Reviewing learning and development requirements of administrative staff in Schools and planning our provision.
- Planning induction and development of staff joining the new Student Centre.
- Assessing the support and development requirements of existing Heads of School and School Senior Administrators.
- Planning support and development for members of the School Executive in the new Schools, including Executive Deans and Assistant Deans.
- Guidance to the Strategic Review Implementation Team and ‘transition and integration groups’ about cultural change and the people aspects of change.
Our work will evolve over 2009/10 to meet the requirements of the College.
