We, in the Learning and Organisational Development team, provide a range of services to you as individuals and to the College as a whole. Our principle aims are to support teams and individual staff members with their development, and to ensure that the College environment is supportive of your development, and enables the achievement of the College's Mission.
Our services include individual staff training and development (e.g. events, giving advice and guidance on development matters); group and department development (e.g. facilitating and designing workshops and team building events); and organizational development (e.g. designing and implementing staff surveys).
