Cancellation Policy

Please be reminded that your department will be charged if you cancel your place within the 6 week period before the training delivery date or if you fail to attend. The charges are as follows:-

• Cancellation within the 6 week period before the training delivery date*  = £100 per person
• Failure to attend all or part of a course/session* = £150 per person per day

*Cancellation or failure to attend due to medical reasons/ compassionate leave (confirmed by Line Manager) will warrant exemption from these charges.  To secure your booking you must give a cost code.  This cancellation policy also applies to external bookings.

Note: If you are able to fill the place on the course you are cancelling then the cancellation charge will not apply.
