About Linking London Lifelong Learning Network
After five years of work as a Lifelong Learning Network (LLN) - 2006-11, Linking London has now moved into its sixth year of operation as member funded partnership and retains the name Linking London.
This legacy website has been set up to host all the work of the previous five years funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), and in our last year 2010-11, jointly by member subscription.
Our mission was to improve the progression opportunities for vocational learners and in this we believe we have been successful. All our work in this area has been stored up on this site including over fifty projects undertaken by our partners. There is much to learn from here and we are very keen that colleagues do not have to spend time re-inventing wheels. Our most recent work in the development of a progression toolkit is such an example, as is a publication updating the issues still 'live' in the whole area of vocational qualifications.
All we ask if you use our material, or our findings as evidence, is that you acknowledge its source. Intellectual property rights to all materials belong to Linking London LLN.
