Profile

Karine Mangion is a professional coach, a consultant in cross-cultural management and a lecturer in Business French who has delivered programmes on relocation and expatriation for a number of corporate companies. She founded Culture in Business Ltd in 2009 to unleash the potential of people working globally.

She coaches managers from different sectors (Education, Banking, Insurance…) to unleash their potential and achieve challenging goals: career development, time management, leadership, corporate and personal values, effective communication with clients and multicultural teams.

She is certified in cross-cultural coaching and she started recently a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching (level 7).

Karine is a visiting lecturer in International Management Communication at Birkbeck. She lectures as well at Regent’s College, London Metropolitan University and London Business School.

Her research interests include cross-cultural communication, intercultural leadership and management, coaching and mentoring. She is a member of Association for Coaching (MAC) and Institute of Leadership and Management. She is passionate about developing people internationally.
