Our former PhD student, Isabelle Barriere was awarded for her work on language acquisition in New York City and Haiti on Sunday 27th May.
One of the departments former PhD students, Isabelle Barriere who obtained a PhD in Applied Linguistics at Birkbeck, University of London was awarded certificates of recognition from New York City, New York State and US officials at an event in New York on 27th May 2018, for her work on language acquisition in New York City and Haiti.
