SOAS has a particularly strong collection of material on world religions. Borrowing is available through the SCONUL Access scheme.
Heythrop College is part of the University of London and specialises in degrees in Theology and Philosophy. Borrowing is available through the SCONUL Access scheme.
SCONUL Access scheme
A national scheme which allows part-time and distance learning students to borrow from participating libraries. Some libraries also accept full-time postgraduates. Apply at the Library help desk or send the application form to Birkbeck library.
The scheme also has a strand for academic staff and students studying purely by research (MPhil or PhD) allowing borrowing at over 150 university libraries. Apply at the Library help desk.

- COPAC - the combined catalogues of around 70 major UK research and specialist libraries, including Oxford and Cambridge.
