1.  What do you need to join the library? 

Answer: College ID card.  Phones should be switched off before entering the Library and eating and drinking is not allowed.

2.  What do you need to log on to a computer in the Library?

Answer: IT Services user name and password.  We can look that up for you if you have forgotten it, but you must show your ID card, and none of the alternatives.

3.  Where in the Library would you go for help?

Answer: Help Desk.  All the others can help you in their various ways too.

4.  What happens if you bring your books back late?

Answer: You will be charged fines.  It is always possible that any of the other three options might occur too, but this will be coincidental.
