What if things go wrong?

We aim to provide the appropriate collections and services to support your course, within the budget we have available. However, we appreciate that there may be times when you experience difficulties using the Library. If you require assistance please speak to staff at the help desk or issue desk.

If you have a complaint against the Library that cannot be resolved by Library staff you are entitled to use the College's Student Complaints Procedure, contained in the College Calendar and on the My Birkbeck web site.
