Alumni Library application form

Please print out this form and bring the completed form to the Library membership desk together with photo ID and a passport-sized photograph.Your library card will be valid for a calendar year.

Fees

  • £35 / year for Affiliate Level 3: reference
  • £70 / year for Affiliate Level 2: borrowing

New alumni joining in the summer after graduation (July to September) will receive a 10% discount on borrowing membership (£63).
