Welcome to Library Access Support

Services for Library users with disabilities are coordinated by the Library's Access Support Team. We are here to facilitate your access to the Library and to help you make the most of its resources.

Access Support is staffed Monday to Friday. If you have any questions or you would like to discuss something about the Library's services with us, please call on 020 7631 6491 or email library-disability@bbk.ac.uk. We are happy to meet with you, or to answer your questions by phone or email. If you need help in the evening or at the weekend, please call the Library Help Desk on 020 7631 6063, or the Issue Desk on 020 7631 6239
