Biographical details

Jose Bellido, LLB (Madrid), LLM (London), PhD (London), joined the School of Law at Birkbeck in 2009. He has been a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute, Germany and the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina (UNR). He received the Sir Roy Goode Prize at Queen Mary, University of London (2002) and became the Herchel Smith Junior Scholar (2001) and Socrates AECI Scholar (1999). Jose is also the Spanish national editor for a digital archive of primary sources on copyright.

Jose has recently successfully completed his PhD and teaches Intellectual Property Law, Comparative Law and Law of Obligations 2 (Torts).
