The Times Higher Education 2014 Research Intensity ranking put the School of Law at Birkbeck among the top 10 Law Schools in the UK and a top 3 research institution in London. Our research environment was judged as conducive to producing research of the highest quality; and the six research areas listed below represent our strengths.
