Kei Takeshita is Judge of the Shizuoka District & Family Court Japan. He spent 2 years in civil court, 1 year in family court (family mediation and youth court), and 4 months in criminal court in Japan. He is currently on sabbatical leave in London undertaking research on the civil justice system.
