New publication from Professor Naomi Segal, 'Opera, Exoticism and Visual Culture'.
A coedited book by Professor Naomi Segal has just been published. Titled Opera, Exoticism and Visual Culture, it is an interdisciplinary collection with contributions by musicologists, cultural historian and film studies scholars from three continents, plus long essay by Jonathan Miller.
The book includes an essay The Fatal Attraction of Madame Butterfly by Professor Segal.
