Many of the general enquiries we receive are considered in our frequently asked questions. If you have an enquiry that is not covered there then please contact us using the methods below.
Email enquiries
You can contact the recruitment team at humanresources@bbk.ac.uk. If your enquiry is related to a specific job currently being advertised please provide the job reference and job title in the subject heading. You can find the reference for all current vacancies by using the job search facility.
If your enquiry is related to a job to which you have already applied then please login, check your current emails and respond to the email sender. If you have forgotten your password then follow the guidance on the login page and a reminder will be sent to you.
Please include your full name and a contact phone number in your email (these will only be used in response to your enquiry). The more details that you include in your enquiry, the better we'll be able to help you.
Enquiries in person
The Human Resources team are located on the 1st floor, Egmont House, 25-31 Tavistock Place and service cover is provided between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. There are a number of flexible working arrangements and part time working in place, so enquiries outside these hours should be by appointment. Individual working arrangements are detailed on the website www.bbk.ac.uk/hr and our email address for recruitment enquiries is humanresources@bbk.ac.uk
