Computer accounts for other users

For those wishing to use computing facilities, but who are not enrolled students, or staff on the payroll, there is a manual registration procedure.

If the person requiring the computer account is fulfilling an established role at Birkbeck (e.g. School Administrator, Interim Director) then email humanresources@bbk.ac.uk to ensure the correct access to systems is granted.

For other visitors who have a legitimate need for access to Birkbeck's computing facilities please complete the Application for Computer Use form on their behalf (Birkbeck staff account required to access this form). This will be sent to the ITS Service Desk, where the account will normally be created within two days.
