The Voicemail Service

The Voicemail system installed at Birkbeck is a sophisticated digital system capable of answering calls, queuing callers for a person or Department, or providing and collecting structured information from outside callers.

It also provides a Mailbox facility, with a number of advantages over a standalone answering machine. To use this facility correctly there are a few things to personalise first. It is also important that you know how to leave and retrieve messages, so please review the user guide.
