External Users
External users are those who are neither students nor staff-members of the College. The following information is relevant to both organisations and individuals in this category.
Facilities and Services available for hire
Our workstation rooms are available for hire, the standard daily charge is dependant on room size:
Large - £1200 (35 computers or more)
Medium - £800 (16 to 34 computers)
Small - £400 (15 computers or less)

Workstation Room Booking Request Form
We can provide open access provision for groups of students. Each student will have their own login account, and all must attend a short induction to be briefed on the regulations and usage of the workstation rooms. Price varies with duration, time of access required and number of students, please contact the User Support Manager for more details.
