*** Resolved *** Telephony Issue - Some handsets are inactive

Some handsets appear to be "dead" and are unusable. Working with external support company to resolve.

A number of telephone handsets across the College are currently inactive.

Our investigation has identified a hardware fault within our maul phone system affecting a relatively small number of handsets.

The issue has been escalated to our external support providers as a high priority issue.

At present (11:20), we don't have an ETA to fix.

I do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

13:15 Support company are in the process of sourcing replacement parts from Warwick - expect delivery late afternoon.

15:30 Engineer and parts due to arrive at 20:00
