Planned downtime for My Birkbeck for Staff, TRM and Bizagi: 27/28 March 2017

In order to complete preparatory work for the implementation of the College’s new HR/Payroll system we need to undertake some work which will affect a number of systems that rely on data from the HR system.

From 21:00 on Monday 27 March the following systems will be unavailable:


We aim to complete the work by midday on Tuesday 28 March, although services should be considered at risk for the whole of the day.

If you have urgent changes that need to be made to teaching event room bookings during the downtime, please email roombookings@bbk.ac.uk with the details of the change.

All other systems are unaffected during the work, including:

  • My Birkbeck (for applicants and students – including online applications, enrolments, fee payment, teaching and exam timetables, Birkbeck Talent etc)
  • Online enquiries, open evening registration, prospectus requests
  • Ask a question  www.bbk.ac.uk/ask
  • Birkbeck account (ITS account) password setting and resetting www.bbk.ac.uk/birkbeckaccount
  • Alta HR
  • bluQube
  • BusinessWorld
