Support over Christmas

Vacation Opening hours are usually  Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

However the Helpdesk will be closed from noon until 3:30pm on Tuesday 21st December and then will close at 12:30pm on Thursday 23rd December,  reopening at 9am on Tuesday 4th January 2011

During this period services will run unattended, although staff will monitor the systems periodically, and respond in the event of major failure

 ITS Workstation room 536  in the Main building will be open throughout the Christmas period
