Assuming you know your ITS username (for students, usually your first initial, several letters of your surname and then two numbers) and have previously registered your answers to three security questions you can use the forgotten password page to reset your password. You must answer all three of the security questions.
If you have not registered answers for the security questions (note this link will ask for your username and password) or do not know your username, you should contact the ITS help desk who can look up your username and where necessary reset your password.
Student login details will normally be emailed during enrolment. Staff usernames are created automatically once information is transferred from the HR system. More information on receiving your username and password is available here.
