Contact Helpdesk for general advice and account Registration or username/password problems. - Systems & Networking Team
For technical advice or to report system or equipment problems. -
Web Team Help Desk
For help with Web-related matters, including:- Enquiries and fault reporting relating to the use of central College Web sites and Web-based services and facilities (for any users)
- Intranet access queries (for students and staff)
- Advice and support regarding Web authoring, Web accessibility and usability and other Web-related issues (for staff only).
- MIS Team Help Desk
For staff with queries concerning the MIS (Managemement Information Systems) databases and applications such as Student Records, Finance and HR/Payroll. -

For specific questions and problems related to Blackboard, including:- Blackboard login problems
- School Desktop Support
ITS are responsible for all aspects of IT support in the School of Arts; School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy; and School of Law.
