The policies are organised by title, additionally most can be found by a keyword search if you are not sure of the title of the policy you are looking for.
Please note that policies and guidelines cover a majority of the situations which may arise during your employment.
However not all circumstances can be legislated for and therefore if you cannot find the information you require please contact the relevant individual in the Human Resources team.
The policies set out the procedure by which the terms and conditions of service are met at Birkbeck. These policies are maintained, reviewed and updated by Human Resources in consultation, where applicable, with the Trade Unions and the appropriate College Committees.
