Return of college property

Employees will be required to return all College property allocated during the course of their employment, whether as a contractual benefit or to assist in the performance of their duties, on or before the last day worked.  This will include their college ID card, mobile phone, portable computer, all documentation, files and other paperwork, computer disks, keys, or any other equipment belonging to the College and in the possession of the leaver.

Failure to return any property may result in the College deducting the cost of replacement items from any monies due and payable to the employee, or invoicing the employee for these costs (please also see the Homeworkers policy, if applicable).
