Leaving interview

In order to help the College improve working practises, all employees leaving the College’s employment will be asked to complete our online Exit Questionnaire and attend a leaving interview with their manager or, where this is not appropriate, another senior manager, (or a Human Resources representative in exceptional cases). The questionnaire will form the basis of discussion at the interview.  The information given during the meeting is held confidentially until after the employee has left the College.  After this time any issues will be discussed (when and if appropriate) with the appropriate person concerned (e.g. manager).
