Eligibility for paternity leave pdf format

Employees are entitled to ordinary and additional paternity leave if they have, or expect to have, responsibility for the child's upbringing, meet the qualifying period (see Section: Notification of Ordinary Paternity Leave) and are taking the leave to care for the child.
