People Strategy 2012-2017
The People Strategy sets out Birkbeck’s plans to ensure the recruitment, development and retention of the best quality staff in all staff groups, in order to fulfil the College’s Mission and thereby meet its strategic aims and objectives. The Strategy covers the period 1st August 2012 – 31st July 2017 and sets out the aims, objectives and action required to improve people management at Birkbeck, and thereby contribute to the success of the College.If you have any comments or feedback regarding the policy then please forward them to Naina Patel, Director of Human Resources.
