Biography

To help with creating a student community, we will create a Biography document published in the password protected BLE.  By 23 September, please email gis-admin@bbk.ac.uk your biography, containing:

• your current location, including your time zone relative to GMT;
• your Birkbeck email address, and an alternative email address;
• a digital photo of yourself (e.g. in jpg format);
• your academic background;
• your professional background, software experience;
• your reason (motivation) for enrolling; and
• any personal information you would like to share with us, e.g. your nationality, first language (if not English), hobbies, favourites, details about your family, etc.

We can't stress enough how useful this document is as a platform for students and tutors to get to know each other.  We would encourage you to build relationships to assist with your learning.  Other students can be a wealth of information.
