Fee invoicing

Rates of fees are set by the School responsible for each programme of study. A student’s status for fees purposes is assessed on application by Registry Services. The current policy on withdrawals and refunds of fees is available in the Terms and Conditions of enrolment

The Income Section is responsible for collecting the fees due.

Students can receive up to nine debt-chasing letters, depending on the promptness of fee payment.

Withholding exam results is important to assist collection of fees from defaulting students. Only Registry should issue results to students.

Each department's share of premium and overseas fees is affected by bad debts, as these transfers are based on fees paid. Please email/memo Registry as soon as a student withdraws from a course; otherwise we will continue chasing their fees. (Note: this does not apply to non-degree students.)
