Change 100 is a programme of paid summer internships, mentoring and development for students and graduates with a disability or long-term health condition, including mental health conditions. We partner with a range of corporate, public and third sector organisations to offer three months of paid work experience in the summer and hope to offer 200 places this year.
Come along and talk to us about Change 100, and our inclusive and accessible recruitment process. Competition for places is extremely high and we will give you an insight into what will give your application the edge, as well as offering advice around disclosing a disability and asking for reasonable adjustments in work.
