Are you trying to work out what industry you might like to work in? Have you ever considered the Life Sciences Industry?

Whether just starting out in your career or a career changer, Life Sciences is one of the major growing  economic sectors in the UK and globally; it is also one that interfaces with business, the creative industries and the world of politics. Life Sciences embraces a much broader community of professions and is not just about lab work. There are many very diverse career opportunities for graduates from all degree subjects in addition to those directly related to science.

For example:

·        Communication and outreach

·        Tax

·        Accounting

·        Intellectual property and patent law

·        Marketing & PR

·        Sales

·        Publishing

·        Policy and research

·        HR and recruitment

·        Technology

This One Nucleus Panel event is to help raise awareness of the different routes available into the Life Sciences and to break down some of the assumptions and barriers of a career in an industry which is a multi-modal.

One Nucleus is a membership organisation for international life science and healthcare companies and we are delighted to have some of their members on our panel of speakers. Our panel will be sharing their very different career paths and backgrounds, how they came to choose Life Sciences and their passion for the Industry.
