Are you a student in Law, and …

  • Are you unsure of how to approach problem questions?
  • Do you struggle with identifying the key issues?
  • Are you baffled by acronyms such as IRAC?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then you may benefit from attending this workshop.

Problem questions can seem overwhelming as you have to deal with a scenario with various things happening, and it is not always easy to know where to start from. One important point is to not treat a problem question as an abstract essay and write everything you know about the legal issues involved in the problem. The facts are all important and application to the facts is essential.   However, even though every problem question is different, there are various ways you can approach the problem scenario that will help you tackle it in a simple, clear and effective way.
