Angela Jackman, a Visiting Lawyer in the Law School at Birkbeck, will be in conversation with Daniel Monk about the recent High Court case about the entitlement to free abortions on the NHS in England for women in Northern Ireland. The High Court rejected the case but will go to appeal.

The case under discussion is: R (oao) A (by her litigation friend B) and B v The Secretary of State for Health [2014] EWHC 1364 (Admin)
