Are you an international student? Are you struggling to adjust to life in London and having difficulty acclimatizing to a different cultural environment? You may be feeling homesick or missing your former way of life. Maybe these challenges are impacting upon your studies or having a negative impact on your experience of living in the UK. If this sounds familiar, this workshop is for you. During this workshop, we will explore what is meant by 'culture shock'. Time will be dedicated to looking at the symptoms and impact of those experiencing culture shock. We will also explore how to best manage the difficulties that arise whilst adjusting to studying and living in a new and different cultural environment.
