Orientation is designed to give you the best start to life at Birkbeck.
Birkbeck Orientation takes place on 29th September, from 10:30-17:00. The day offers the chance to meet other new students, learn more about the services and resources, meet students reps from Birkbeck Students' Union and join one of our many active Students' Union clubs and societies.
Please choose the ticket for your School and level of course (undergraduate or postgraduate). At the School session you'll receive key information about studying at Birkbeck, including an introducation to your School, a careers networking session, and an overview of the study skills and library resources needed to make the most of your time at university.
After the School session, you have the flexibility to:
- Attend the Students' Union Fresher's Fayre (1st Floor, Student Central)
- Go to the sessions including International Student session, wellbeing sessions and study skills sessions
- Grab lunch on Tavistock Square, or in the café in Malet Street or Student Central
- Stay for a drink at the bar in Student Central
- Registration will be at Student Central on Malet Street.
Orientaiton registration opens for undergraduate students at 10:30, and for postgraduate students at 11:00.
