Applicant Evening for CertHE Psychodynamic Counselling and Skills in a Psychosocial Framework

When:
Venue: Birkbeck Main Building, Malet Street

No booking required

If you want to develop your helping skills in professional or voluntary roles, or eventually to train as a counsellor, this programme teaches the basic elements and skills of psychodynamic counselling. It can be taken as a progression route on to accredited clinical training, or as a course of study in its own right.

The programme focuses on the development of the capacity for self-reflection, on how the inner and outer worlds relate to each other, how psychodynamic theory informs practice, and how social and organisational dynamics and factors affect the professional context in which counselling takes place.

Attend our applicant evening to learn more about the course.

The academic team for the course will be present at the event. They will provide you detailed information about the course, structure, goals, assessment, further study and career progression.

This is a free and open event but please book your place for the 'applicant evening' from here so we can acquire proper accommodation. Feel free to invite any of your friends, colleagues and family members who may be interested in doing this course.
